No-Show & Late Cancellation

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged $100 (not covered by insurance). Repeated missed appointments may result in limited scheduling or discharge.

Refill Policy

Refill requests are processed during business hours. Please allow 48–72 business hours for routine refills. Patients must be up to date with follow-up appointments to receive refills. Lost or stolen medications are generally not replaced.

Controlled Substances

Controlled substances are prescribed only when clinically indicated and in accordance with federal and Washington State regulations. PMP review is routine. One provider and one pharmacy are required. Early refills and replacement prescriptions are generally not permitted.

ADHD Evaluation & Monitoring

ADHD treatment requires a comprehensive assessment and ongoing monitoring. Stimulants are prescribed only when clinically appropriate. Follow-up visits and adherence to monitoring requirements are required to continue treatment.
